By creating an account, accessing, or using Hookwise (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hookwise provides webhook management tools including endpoint creation, request inspection, payload forwarding, and an authenticated CLI tunnel to relay webhook traffic to your local development environment.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful traffic.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data Handling

Webhook payloads are stored for inspection and replay purposes. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings page. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but make no guarantees of uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hookwise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
